Kari Wuhrer was born the 28th of April the 28th of April, 1967. She is an American actor and singer. She made her acting debut in her teens. Her best-known character was as Maggie Beckett from the TV show Sliders as well as for the role of Sheriff Samantha Parker on the horror film Eight Legged Freaks. There are three sisters and brothers. The singer began performing in nightclubs as a teenager and would sneak out of her home to perform. The actress studied acting since when she was 13 years old at Wooster School.
